Here’s Five Fast Facts on cyber crimes in Nevada:

- 🗣️ The Complaint Department - Nevada is also one of the top states for how often people report scams. There are about 407 complaints per 100,000 residents, ranking third in the country. Overall, fraud is rising nationwide, with reports up about 25% to 26% from last year.
- 👾 Crypto Crooks - A large share of losses is tied to cryptocurrency scams. Nevada saw 2,518 complaints in 2025, with more than $205 million lost. That ranks the state 20th nationwide.
