Michigan is getting ready for the future. The state just dropped an "AI Workforce Plan" that's basically a fancy way of saying they're going to teach everyone how to work with our new robot overlords. Instead of a robotic takeover, it's more like a robotic team-up, and the state is doing everything it can to make sure everyone's ready for the new world!

  1. 💰 Cha-Ching and Jobs - Michigan expects this plan to pump in up to $70 billion into the economy and create 130,000 good-paying jobs. That’s like turning your toolbox and laptop into a paycheck machine.
  1. 📈 AI Skills = Higher Pay - Job ads that mention at least one AI skill show salaries that are 28% higher than the ones that don’t. So yes, knowing how to talk robot helps.
  1. 🎮 Trade Roles Are Getting a Makeover - The plan focuses not just on replacing jobs with AI, but upskilling folks to move into better jobs. Think of it like leveling up in a video game rather than losing lives.
