We’ve done lists of high paying jobs before, but now we’re going to narrow the focus to just business jobs in the Seattle area. Specifically, jobs that are listed as “business and financial operations occupations.” So, which ones allow you to buy the most Starbucks each year? (JK, it's not cool to like Starbucks anymore.)

Here are Five Fast Facts about the highest paying business jobs in the Seattle area:

  1. 👍 Easiest To Land - A job’s salary doesn’t really matter if you can’t get it. So, what’s the most common job that still pays well? That would be accountants or auditors! They have an average salary of $92k, about 9% above the national average.
  1. 💵 Most Exclusive - If your measure of success is rarity, then check out credit counseling ($55k) or insurance appraisals ($76k). Both have less than 200 in the SeaTac area and pay about 10% more than the national average. Bragging rights are built in at no cost while you wait for your order.
  1. 😎 Most Unique - Okay, this is admittedly our opinion, but one of the most unique jobs on this list is an agent or business manager for artists, performers, and athletes. It’s a pretty sweet average salary ($106k), but that’s about 9% less than the national average. Let’s hope those celebs give you really amazing tips to fund your coffee habit!
  1. 🥇 Highest Compared To National - Seattle is generally close to the top of the list for most business jobs, but it lands clear up at #2 for compensation and benefits specialists. The average salary is $97k, over 30% higher than the national average! Coffee break time!
  1. 💰 The Highest - Naturally, higher Paychecks are better Paychecks, so what job gives you the top billing? Turns out it’s personal financial advisors!
